(partner business entities) and provide our products and services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. This Terms and Conditions are an integral part of using our services, and you must completely agree to it in order to use our Site and Services.
If the payment Cardholder NOT Traveling on this Booking
The Letter of Indemnity is a form is required for the bookings made on behalf of a third party. This protects you by seeking your consent for the transaction, given that you are not part of the traveling party, and prevent misuse of your payment card from an unauthorized use, and safeguard your interests. This document also formalizes your acknowledgement of the travelers under your booking.
For Online transactions with credit card payment for 3rd party bookings, the credit card holder must go through credit card verification at least 5 working days before the arrival date. During the online payment process, you will need to indicate that the payment cardholder is not part of the traveling party. You can click here to download the Letter of Indemnity. The guests will encounter denial of check-in at the hotel or have to pay directly for the booking, if the required verification has not been properly completed.

1. Copy of the credit card originally used for the corresponding porch
2. Copy of an eligible photo ID that carries the same name as the credit card for verification.
3. The Confirmation E-mail of the transaction that was mailed to the customer after the purchase.
You will be liable for cancellation fees and/or any related charges for the booking. If the purchased tour or booking are eligible for refund, we will credit back the refund amount to the credit card that was used for the purchase. The cancellation and refund terms/procedures are the same as stated under the Cancellation and Refund Policy of Tropical Isle Collections Pvt Ltd.
Credit Card Policy
Customers paying by credit card agree to all terms and conditions contained herein and agree to waive all chargeback rights. You shall accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account and to make a purchase you must be over 18 years old.
You warrant that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate. Please ensure that the details you give match those on your credit card billing statement.
Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. accepts Visa/Master and American Express credit cards as forms of payment. If your payment is made using American Express, Visa or MasterCard, please be advised that “Sunny Escape” will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement, not your travel agency.
Your authorization to use your credit card to pay for travel services provided by Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have actually signed credit card forms. Therefore, by providing your Travel Agent or Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. with authorization to use your credit card to pay for your Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. travel services you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged for those services to the card issuer according to your cardholder agreement. Simultaneously you are also acknowledging your acceptance of Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd.’s Cancellation and Refund Policies.
Prices quoted in this website are in United States Dollars and are based on fixed costs at the time of publishing. These prices are dependent on a variety of variable factors including, but not limited to rates of exchange and other factors.
You are responsible for obtaining the relevant travel documentation including a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. or its distributors are not responsible or liable in any way if you have not obtained the relevant documents prior to traveling. Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation. Please note that several countries now require that your passport be valid for up to six months after the completion of your travel in order to be accepted by them as a valid travel document.
Costs Not Included in Your Holiday Purchase
The accommodation voucher, or electronic confirmation voucher, furnished by Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. shall constitute the sole contract between the hotels/resorts and you, the passenger.
Neither Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. nor these properties are responsible for payment of any refund for unused accommodations or meals as a result of late arrival or non-arrival by passenger(s), regardless of the cause. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
Hotels will provide accommodation to the person under whose name the reservation was made (lead passenger), and to accompanying persons as per the exact amount of adults and children booked into each room. The lead passenger must be present at the time of check-in.
The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
Amendments can be made to any booking subject availability prior to the cancellation deadline and any amendments after the deadline will invite cancellation charges as indicated in the cancellation deadline clause blow.
The following policies shall apply to any and all Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd and www.sunnyescapemv.com bookings cancellations. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to provide you with coverage for unexpected developments that may cause you to either cancel your holiday entirely or interrupt your vacation unexpectedly. International and Domestic Flight delays or cancelled will consider as No-Show and cancellation charges may apply,
All cancellations must be advised in writing (by e-mail, email@example.com ) to Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. Or www.sunnyescapemv.com given contact details, prior to your intended stay and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines during normal business hours (9:00 am to 7:00pm local time, Mondays through Fridays). Emergency cause clients may contact hot line written in the hotel voucher.
All cancellation fees will be calculated on the total amount of products and services purchased. No refunds will be made for guests who are “no shows” and who depart from a hotel early, or who have improper documentation. Guests who cancel within 60 days prior to arriving for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Shifting of booking date and change of names with cancellation period will be considered as cancellation and charges may apply according to cancellation band.
Notification shall be deemed to have taken place on the date of receipt of such written notification by Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. Or www.sunnyescapemv.com It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any notification of cancellation is received by Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. Or www.sunnyescapemv.com
When details of the cancellation penalty are not specified; it is the responsibility of the Agent or client to obtain clarification from Tropical Collections Maldives Pvt. Ltd. Or www.sunnyescapemv.com prior to making bookings. The failure by Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. Or www.sunnyescapemv.com to exercise the cancellation period does not signify a waiver of the right to charge such cancellation charges.
We also reserve the right to cancel reservations after confirmation, if payment is declined or incorrect cardholder details and billing information have been supplied.

If you have a booking for any of our products or services, including accommodation and packages, but you do not show up to check-in, or otherwise do not avail yourself of such product or service, you will not be entitled to any refund from us.
Refunds for Unused Travel Service
No refund is made for unused travel services or any portion thereof, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements. The day of departure is excluded when calculating cancellation or change fees.
Complaints and Claims
If the clients have a complaint regarding any arrangements or services whilst in the hotel, clients must immediately notify the hotel of the services in question and log a report during their stay. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you agree to inform us by email in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour.
Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days since the completion of your tour.
Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. Or www.sunnyescapemv.com will not be liable to pay any compensation unless we get written confirmation from the Hotels.
You are not entitled to any refund, compensation or payment except as otherwise provided in this Section. Refunds will be made directly to your credit card if you booked through Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd, or to your travel professional if that’s how you made and paid for your reservation. Under no circumstances must a cardholder be given a refund by any other means e.g. cash or cheque. Refund will be given after deduction of Government tax and Service fee (23.2%) and Green Tax USD 6.00 per person per night regardless of age.
Where cancellation and/or alteration fees have been applied any outstanding amount will be due for refund to you. Refunds must be requested in writing within 45 days of the date of your intended stay. Once this period has passed, no refunds will be made. No claims would be entertained after a refund is processed.
Tropical Isle Maldives Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for any refunds that your travel professional fails to reimburse. Charges or fees imposed by your travel professional will not be included in a refund from Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd.
A non-refundable of card surcharge of 5.5% processing fee applies on all MasterCard and Visa transactions and (6.5% on Amex). Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. If payment was received from your travel agent, the refund will be provided back to that travel agent.
Restriction of Liability
In no event shall Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. or its subsidiaries or partners be liable for any for delays, accidents, losses, changes of schedules, damages, (whether direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise) arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of or inability to use this web Site or for any information, software, products, or services obtained through or otherwise in connection with this web Site, in each case regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other theories of liability.
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any provision of this agreement held to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
Act of God/ Force Majeure
Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. and/or its suppliers cannot assume liability for any loss, damage or injury of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an Act of God or any other Force Majeure condition including without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commotions or disturbances and any other acts of similar nature, sabotage, arrests, restraints of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories or warnings or alerts of any kind or nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities in or any other factor unforeseen by Tropical Collections Maldives Pvt. Ltd. that impacts negatively on or hampers its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions. In the event that any of these conditions apply, Tropical Collections Maldives Pvt. Ltd. shall be excused, discharged or released from its performance to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind.
No contract will exist between you and Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. receives full payment for the services and confirm it in writing by an email to you.
Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed to be effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time that Tropical Collections Maldives Pvt. Ltd. sends the email to you whether or not you receive the email.
You agree to indemnify Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. and keep it indemnified against all actions, claims, costs, demands, damages or liability arising in any manner from a breach by you of the terms of this agreement.
These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. and the Client and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter and may not be amended or modified unless expressly agreed by Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. in writing.
Amendment to Terms and Conditions
Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
Area of Jurisdiction-Governing Law
All disputes arising out of the aforementioned terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Maldives and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Maldives.
I (we) agree to the above Terms & Conditions and fully understand the contents thereof. In addition, I (we) have read and fully understand and agree to the Cancellation and Refund Policies of Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. and all the terms and provisions specified in the Tropical Isle Collections Pvt. Ltd. booking contract.
